Southern Hospitality Property Management uses a flexible cancellation policy for all direct bookings.
- 14 or more days before check-in: Cancel at least 14 days before check-in for a 100% refund.
- 7 to 13 days before check-in: Cancel between 7 and 13 days before check-in for a 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before check-in: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not refundable.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
