About This Home

Gather around the stone fire pit, or relax on the covered patio under the ceiling fan. Inside you'll find a cozy fireplace, a bright kitchen with an island, dining for the whole group, and three bedrooms: a king and two queens. A queen sleeper sofa, twin futon and two pullout mattresses sleep up to 10. Quick drive to BNA, with easy access to Nashville, Murfreesboro and Percy Priest Lake. A great fit for families, youth sports teams and work crews who want space to spread out. Main level: living room with fireplace, kitchen with island, and dining area for the whole group. Upstairs: all three bedrooms. The primary has a king bed; the other two have queens. Outside: covered stone patio with a ceiling fan and seating, stone fire pit, and a private backyard. Parking in the driveway. The whole house is yours for your stay: all three bedrooms, the living areas, full kitchen, dining area, laundry room, covered patio, fire pit and backyard. Park in the driveway in front of the house. You'll have the house to yourselves. Our local Nashville-area team is always a quick message away in the Airbnb app, and we're close by if anything comes up during your stay. All three bedrooms are upstairs, so expect a flight of stairs to reach them. The bedrooms sleep 6. Guests 7 through 10 sleep on the queen sleeper sofa, twin futon or pullout mattresses in the shared living space, not in a fourth bedroom. This is a quiet residential street, so no parties or events, and please keep outdoor noise down after 10 PM.

Has everything you need. Nice space, cozy and warm. A very great place to stay!!! The beds were very comfortable with amazing sheets. The towels were so soft and not scratchy like hotels. Great neighborhood with quiet neighbors. Would definitely stay there again!!!
