Revival on Villa | Music Row Retreat

This place was a highlight of our Nashville trip. The location is hard to beat, we walked to Midtown, the Gulch and Broadway, and there's great coffee shops and restaurants a couple minutes away. The house is really charming, clearly renovated with care, and the backyard is something else. We were in the cowboy pool or the cedar sauna every single night and it felt completely tucked away from the street. What really set it apart was the hosts. They checked in before we arrived to see if we needed anything, answered every message within minutes, and when we asked about a late checkout they just made it work without any fuss. You can tell they actually care that you have a good trip and helped with our requests. Everything was clean and ready when we got there, the kitchen had all the little things most Airbnbs forget, and there were local recommendations waiting for us that we ended up using. Hands down one of the better stays we've had. We'll be back.

The property is in a great location and a unique and charming building. Easily walkable to Broadway, Midtown and the Gulch. Some lovely local coffee shops and restaurants really close by. The owners have clearly put thought into the amenities provided which was appreciated. The hosts were very responsive and proactive about any issues raised during our stay. We have stayed at a lot of different airbnbs, and while there were some really positive aspects to this property, overall we felt the property fell short of our expectations for a 5 star review. There were some general maintenance issues and the cleanliness of some aspects could be improved. Blinds for privacy in the master bathroom and bedroom door onto the balcony would have made us more comfortable. Overall I would recommend the property and we really enjoyed our stay, but felt we couldn’t justify a 5 star rating compared to other places we have stayed.

Beautiful and unique home! The only difficulty was getting in the parking spot in the back in the alley with our SUV. Parking would have been easy with a smaller vehicle. Otherwise, the home's location was perfect and close to many restaurants in a walkable distance. Also, fairly close to bus routes (bus 7) and Vanderbilt. The architect lives on property behind the main house and is very friendly and helpful when she is around. The house managers were always very quick to respond to any needs or questions that came up. The Well coffee house is about a 2 minute walk from the house as well as the famous "Music Row". ❤️ We would love to stay here again when we come back this way!

We will definitely stay here when we return to Nashville. The home is so well decorated, amenities are high end, feels like home! Walking distance to great coffee shops and easy to get around. Great hosts!

Our stay in Nashville was so easy thanks to Akarsh’s beautiful place. Everything was within a 10 minute drive. The living room/ kitchen area was a very comfortable area to hang out with friends and family. The back yard was beautiful too. We very much enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have a clean, beautiful place to “come home to”! Thanks Akarsh😊

OMG, I can not recommend this place highly enough. It was absolutely beautiful, in an amazing location, walking distance to Music Row and Downtown Nashville. The kitchen was well equipped, and some yummy snacks were provided. Toiletries were very high quality and everything was extremely clean. If I could give this a higher rating I would. You could not fault it. I would definitely stay here again if in Nashville, and 100% recommend to anyone thinking of staying here.

Loved my stay here for 5 nights in Nashville. Lovely, comfortable home walking distance to coffee and centrally located to be just close enough to downtown! Would absolutely stay here again.

This little hidden gem was such a sweet and unique surprise. It’s in such a quiet neighborhood with great morning coffee spots and restaurants just a short walk from the front door. Also now runs away from Wedgewood-Houston & Music Row. The home is impeccably and thoughtfully designed and the hosts have provided everything you might need for your stay. I didn’t want to leave. I can’t wait to come back again soon!

I won’t be staying anywhere else when I come to Nashville. Such an incredible location, stunning interiors and the sweetest of hosts! I’ll be back!
