Quick response and great place to stay at!

James’s place was such a gift! We needed a place to accommodate college aged kids as well as an elderly family member. With two bedrooms on the main level and two in the basement, it was the perfect set up. The entire place feels newly and thoughtfully remodeled. Real hardwood floors. Simple decor, modern and cheerful, with plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and well lit. I appreciated that the light switches were labeled and that parking was clearly explained. The kitchen was easy to work in. We took an early morning walk around the neighborhood. It was peaceful and less than a mile through quiet back streets to Two Rivers golf course and walking trail. 10/10! Highly recommend.

Cliffside Retreat truly went beyond what I expected! The spacious layout made everything so comfortable, and the beds were just right. I really appreciated how clean and welcoming the home was when I arrived. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it’s still so close to the Grand Ole Opry, great dining options, and shopping spots. James was a wonderful host—always attentive and easy to communicate with, making my stay smooth and enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Nashville!

We were in town for a dance convention and our group was very comfortable here. It was a home away from home to sleep off long days of dance, eat, change, and go. There was lots of space to lounge when home and close to activities when we were out and about. James’ team was so responsive to any issues we raised about the few tech issues that arose. The responsiveness and quick resolution are much appreciated.

James & his team were easy to get in touch with as needed, and check in to check out was great overall!

The driveway is very steep, the spiral staircase leading to the 2 bedrooms downstairs are very narrow and steep, no guests allowed, quiet hours from 10am-3pm

Very clean place, and the house was beautiful. Stairs were a little steep and slippery. definitely not walking distance to anything, so keep that in mind!

We stayed for 5 nights and it was a smooth stay. It’s larger than it looks on the outside! We enjoyed the back patio River view in the evenings at sunset. The kitchen was spacious and the bathrooms were so nice! The shower heads were amazing and they supplies shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We had three kids on this stay, all ages 7+. I wouldn’t recommend for any kiddos until 6 because of the spiral staircase. There is an amazing dog park in walking distance, that our doggie enjoyed so much! We would definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities needed for my trip

House was perfect! It included some extras that were a pleasant surprise. Soap for the shower and coffee for the coffee machine.

Great Place

We were in Nashville for a convention at the Gaylord and the location was perfect for getting back and forth and it was a nice neighborhood. We had two families of four and it was nice for the kids to have their own space downstairs and the adults have the upstairs. The showers are amazing and the upstairs beds were extremely comfortable. We would stay again!!

We were here for CMA fest and I was worried about the Nashville Traffic to Broadway but it was a Breeze morning and evening! Close to the Grand Ole Opry and and Outlet Mall!! Definitely will be back!

The location has a great outdoor patio! And plenty of rooms. We had 10 people and everyone had a bed buddy. Place was clean, and neighborhood quiet.

Loved this home so much! Everything was very neat and clean. Supplies were fully stocked so you will never run out of toilet paper. =) Nice quiet neighborhood with a nice overlook in the back. I definitely recommend it!

Outstanding place to stay in Nashville. Clean and comfortable while being a short distance from all of the major attractions of the area. Would stay here again.

House was amazing. Felt rite at home owners have done tons of work remodeling this house. Neighbors were very friendly.

Loved the place! Not to far from downtown!

It is in a quiet neighborhood and beautiful back porch view. The only thing that kinda took me by surprise was the driveway was alot more steep than the photo showed. Plenty of parking on the road though!

Great location clean and easy to communicate

Great place, we loved the view m. It was also near everything me and my friends wanted to do. Upstair floors were a bit squeaky but nothing major for us to be upset about while sleeping.

I had a wonderful stay. The place was very nice, clean, and exactly as described. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully set up, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The host was responsive and helpful, and check-in/check-out were smooth and easy. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this place to others. We’d be happy to stay again!
