We had such a fun and wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and the home was incredibly clean, comfortable, and had amazing amenities. Everything was thoughtfully provided, and we truly had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Loved that you could walk downtown! Check-in and access were easy and convenient, and communication was excellent from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! We had a wonderful stay! It was super clean and equipped with everything we needed and more. The cookies on arrival were a nice touch. The area is very quiet and new. Southern Grace coffee has delicious breakfast and coffee. The hosts are friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

We love staying here anytime we are in Maryville! The condo is clean, decorated beautifully and easy to park/get into. Hosts are so friendly and helped us get in to grab something we forgot right after checkout. Highly recommend staying here!

Love these two units above the ice cream shop. So close to Maryville College, easily walkable. Also to downtown. And it’s also right next to two nice restaurants and a great coffee shop. The walls are a bit thin, easy to hear the neighbors if they’re having guests or partying the night before a UT football game. Also be aware there is a stairway to get to the front door. Overall the unit has everything you need, a lovely balcony, comfortable and cute furnishings, great location, plenty of parking, and I plan to return.

Loved our stay. Place was very clean and in a perfect location next to a coffee shop, ice cream shop, and golf simulator. Cookies on the counter when we got there were clutch too!

This is a newly developed area of Maryville and it was fantastic for my boys and I during our stay. We walked the greenway, it was close to the venue we were there to work at The White Star Station, there is an ice cream / cookie shop below, 2 restaurants and a coffee shop all within steps of where you're staying. And a 5min walk to downtown Maryville. We will asbolutely be back soon.

This was the first out of town vacation with the grandkids and the Airbnb process made everything easier. The description and phots were accurate and communication was friendly and clear. Will stay here again.

5 STARS! ⭐️ Amazing stay! Everything was truly amazing. I’ve stayed In Many many many Airbnbs and I will say that this one exceeded my expectations. From beginning to end: 1. Easy to find 2. Seems to be a newish area that’s super cute with a coffee shop and brunch restaurant within less than 2 mins walking distance and another restaurant that opens for dinner right out front. 3. Obviously the icecream shop downstairs (YUM) 4. I was welcomed with cookies and they were so delicious. I was delighted. 😀 5. Extremely clean apartment. I mean SPOTLESS 🥳 6. Very large layout. I was impressed. 7. Great parking. 8. It came with a blender which is so useful for me!! 9. Plenty of towels and washcloths. 10. Plenty of shampoo/ conditioner/ shower gel. 11. The decor was so cute! I mean I just loved looking at it. I loved the furniture! So unique. The list goes on. I probably forgot many things. All in all this was amazing and I so wish more peoples Airbnbs would be just like this one.

We were not able to make it all the way to stay the night due to unforeseen travel delays but the host was amazing at checking in and making sure everything was ok. I would absolutely book with them again next time I am in the area.

We had an absolutely lovely stay. The apartment looked better than the photos — extremely clean and shampoos & conditioners included! The apartment itself is located right next to the perfect coffee & brunch spot and a lovely restaurant for dinner or drinks. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend. No complaints.

This was a great experience from start to finish! The place was inviting with soft music and a plate of cookies waiting for us when we arrived. Everything was just as described in the listing and photos. The hosts were exceptional with communication...super responsive, very friendly, and helpful. When my granddaughter accidentally broke a soap dispenser, they were very understanding and helped me file a claim to get it taken care of right away. It's a super nice place and is very convenient to everything in Maryville. I will highly recommend it to anyone I know looking for a place to stay in the area.

We stayed here for my 11 year old son who was recently diagnosed with NF2. We haven’t been anywhere since March since the seizures started. He loves ice cream. I can’t say enough about this place. It was better than I could have imagined. Very clean and coffee shop steps away. The cookies were amazing that we kept buying more. The ice cream was a must!! And the staff at the ice cream and cookie shop were so friendly! We are already going to book it again for next year! My son played guitar at Maryville College and it was so convenient and close by.

We loved our stay so much, we have already booked again! Everything was smooth - easy to find, park, and get into. Condo is decorated beautifully and is incredibly clean.

Cute apartment, lots to do within walking distance, amazing coffee shop next door

This is a gorgeous apartment with beautiful finishes! Comfortable beds, great deck furniture.

My husband and I booked this property last minute and Cody responded immediately. We loved everything, especially the walkable area. Everything was decorated with style and comfort. Don’t hesitate to book this place!

This place is outstanding…such a great location. From the fresh baked cookies waiting for us on arrival, to the coffee house & a bakery just a few steps away and then staying above a Great American Cookie Bakery / Marble Slab Creamery…A Restaurant in the courtyard…can walk and bike…relax in a beautiful home…everything is just a wonderful experience and then the City and People of Maryville are exceptional…Cody is a tremendous host…will be looking forward to coming again.

Great stay! 10/10! This place is exactly like the pictures in the listing. There is a nice view over a new built area of shops and restaurants. This is also maybe the cleanest and well thought out BnB I have stayed at. We will certainly be back in the near future.

Very happy with our stay on Maryville. We loved walking to the coffee shop in the mornings and the fresh cookies and coffee in our apartment were incredible.

I’ve stayed in a lot of AirB&Bs and this was maybe the nicest/cleanest one I’ve ever been in. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Check in was super easy, the beds were comfortable, bathrooms were very clean and equipped and the whole place was extremely comfortable and quiet. When we come back to Maryville, I will definitely look to stay here again!

Cody’s place was above expectations. Quiet, clean and great location to restaurants, market house and breweries. There seemed to be a stain or spill that he seen after we left and we were unaware of anything that spilled or dropped. Never accused of anything, he just inquired about it which shows us the attention to detail and how he cares of cleanliness and detail about the property. Definitely would stay again. We had such a wonderful stay last night! The place was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and had amazing amenities. We loved having the ice cream shop right downstairs — such a fun bonus! I had an amazing visit at Cody’s. It’s a beautiful apartment with top quality finishes and awesome views. My stay was very peaceful and there is plenty to do and it’s all walkable, plus there is a real ice cream parlor downstairs!! Absolutely loved my stay!!!

The ice cream parlor was such a fun stay! We absolutely loved the location. It was within walking distance of great ice cream, delicious coffee, wonderful breakfast, and all that downtown Maryville had to offer. It was a great place to come back to and chill after a long day walking around doing things. We would recommend this stay!

Great location close to downtown and shopping. The condo was clean, quiet, and the layout made for a comfortable stay. The large porch was a bonus. We would definitely choose this again.

We were the first to stay in this beautiful Airbnb and it was so wonderful. Everything was so clean and tastefully decorated. The little add ons were fabulous - a plate full of delicious cookies greeted us upon arrival!! Lots of linens in the bathroom. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed - including local coffee shop beans for the machine. The space was close enough to the downtown area that we were able to walk and enjoy dinner - I strongly recommend Walnut Kitchen!!! The Saturday morning we were pleasantly surprised by a little Christmas Market right beside the space. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful space with us!
