Such a wonderful stay we had at Pedal Peak. This apartment well exceeded our expectations. Spotlessly clean and well appointed furnishings and appliances made out stay just grand. Furniture and beds were very comfortable and the lovely porch was a welcome place to relax in the evening. Everything was just perfect! The owner’s special touch of a generous plate of lovely cookies upon our arrival was a welcome and very delicious treat. The hosts/owners are kind, very communicative and helpful to make sure or stay was great. We appreciated how centrally located this apt is and having the ice cream store down below was a fantastic way to top off the evening. Southern Grace coffee just next door was great in the morning and very convenient. I highly recommend staying here and when we return to the Maryville area, we will definitely look forward to staying here again as well.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect! Quiet and peaceful, but still an easy walk to downtown. The home was incredibly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts were also extremely friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

The owner of the rental was very helpful with giving us advice on local restaurants and other questions we had throughout our stay. The location was perfect, the cookies and ice cream downstairs were delicious, and the rental itself was clean and cozy. Everything we were looking for our visit to The Knoxville, TN area!

This property is in a central location with coffee shops, bakery, farmers market, cookie/ice cream shop, and restaurant conveniently located near the rental. We felt privately secure inside the property and did not smell cookies or restaurant nearby. We slept very well. The property is well equipped with very high standard kitchen appliances and furniture. We enjoyed riding bikes on the Greenway and going for walks in town.

We’d go out of our way to stay here again! The apartment was in a lovely walkable area that felt very safe, and the space was beautifully decorated and comfortable… there was even a tray of cookies waiting for us upon arrival. All the stars— definitely book this gem!

Where do we start. This place was definitely more of 10 stars. The apartment was beautiful and the location was perfect. Every detail well thought out. We stayed a full week to visit family who live locally. The location was perfect and we enjoyed our morning Southern Grace coffee, tips to Marble Slab ice cream just below us and live music on Thursday! This place was extremely clean and contained everything we needed. We can’t wait to visit again! Thanks for a beautiful stay Cody!

This BnB was over-the-top spectacular! I almost wanted to just stay at the place rather than wander & explore. Fortunately, we did explore & I fell in love with Maryville. Every place we went was wonderful. The BnB was a haven to come back to. The furniture & beds were comfy, the deck was so fun to be outside on & people watch. If I ever return to Maryville, I will definitely book this place. Loved it!

We went at the end of June and just stayed for 2 nights. Loved the location because it's 10 minutes from TYS. It was SUPER quiet, which was really nice. Loved having the coffee place right there in walking distance. Get the waffles!!! They were DELICIOUS. The apartment is new, super clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. We especially loved sitting outside on the balcony. Also, the cookies were a delicious treat!

Well above a 5 star stay, everything has been well thought out and put together. Amazing location, the whole space feels very premium and luxurious. Spacious, surprisingly quiet. A note to future travelers, the beds are on the firmer side. Full washer and dryer is a huge benefit. Great host(s), even when we accidentally left something behind they went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get it. We will definitely be back in the future. (Thanks for the cookies)

Cody did a great job of communicating the instructions to enter our unit prior to our arrival. The unit was very clean, appropriately decorated but not cluttered. Everything we needed for our stay was available. Thank you so much for the delicious plate of chocolate chip cookies. They were splendid. If you run out and want more, or have a craving for ice cream, it's available directly below you.

WONDERFUL! Looks just like the pictures- but even better! The location was perfect. We loved that it was Walkable to several restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops! It is in the heart of Maryville, but nestled in the coziest little spot that felt so private. We also enjoyed the huge balcony in the morning to drink our coffee!

This apartment was immaculate! When we walked in, we were greeted with a plate full of chocolate chip cookies! The balcony was so nice! Very peaceful place for your morning coffee! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms were very nice! Highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Cody’s place. It was a great location with so many little touches that made it special - like the plate of yummy chocolate chip cookies when we arrived and the Southern Grace coffee in the kitchen. The location was even better than expected. In addition to the downstairs Marble Slab Creamery, we could easily walk to the Southern Grace coffee shop and the Wildflour Bakery. All of which were delicious. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee. It was short 30 minute drive to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and just a couple of hours to Chattanooga. We will be looking to book Cody’s place again next time we are in Maryville.

I would recommend this listing to anyone staying in Maryville. Cody and his whole team were courteous as well.

Had a very nice stay. The apartment was very comfortable and looked exactly like the photos online. It was within walking distance to downtown restaurants and is right next to the Greenway walking trail which provides miles of walking in a quiet park setting. Any communication was very good. We stayed 3 nights and would recommend this location.

I really liked this unit. The bedrooms and baths are large, and it had a fantastic balcony with very comfortable furniture. Nicely decorated, everything is new. There’s a great coffee shop next door, the big old house across the way is actually a fantastic breakfast spot, and the ice cream downstairs is amazing. Didn’t get to try the new restaurant for dinner. And it’s a quick walk to Maryville College or downtown through the park, along the creek, just lovely. Do be aware you have to walk up stairs to enter. There are two units at the top of the stairs. For most of my stay, the second unit was empty. I didn’t really hear noise from them the last night except when they were on the landing or going up and down the stairs. There are a lot of exterior lights on all night as it’s a commercial zone, so also be aware that if you need total blackness to sleep, you’ll probably want a sleeping mask. I’ve already booked two more trips to stay in the second unit, loved the location!

Absolutely loved this Airbnb! The location was perfect so convenient to everything, with an amazing coffee shop right across the street and a great brunch spot called The Manor nearby. The place itself was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Cody was an incredible host and made the whole experience even better. Couldn’t recommend this stay more!

We had a wonderful stay at Cody's Airbnb. The apartment was spotless and it had everything we needed. The plate of cookies was such a pleasant surprise. We appreciated that we could walk to the restaurants downtown and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings after our busy days. We would definitely stay at this Airbnb again if we find ourselves back in Maryville.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was pristine and so comfortable and welcoming. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed. check in and check out were simple and straightforward. I would highly recommend staying here and we will keep it as a favorite for return trips!

After a pretty rough start to our weekend (we arrived at a hotel that was honestly awful and had to pivot fast), this host absolutely saved the day. They responded quickly to our last-minute request and were incredibly flexible when we didn’t arrive until 12:30 AM. I definitely wouldn’t recommend putting yourself in that situation, it was stressful, but I’m so grateful they were responsive and willing to work with us. Now let’s talk about the place itself… perfect location. It’s right above Great American Cookie and Marble Slab Ice Cream (which my family was very excited about), with the most adorable little southern coffee shop next door. The space was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and our favorite spot was the porch. Sitting out there in the morning with a cup of coffee was the perfect way to start the day. We truly loved our stay. 100% recommend and would absolutely return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I live staying at this place when I’m in town. It’s so close to everything and the beds are as very comfortable.

Highly recommend! Cody thought of everything you may need for your stay. Lots of room, beautiful furnishings and decor, and very comfy bed! Tucked away so our stay was quiet and peaceful yet it’s the perfect location. Very convenient for walking to shops and restaurants and the ice cream and cookies just downstairs were a definite added bonus! Must try DSB Provisions too while you’re staying here. We truly enjoyed our stay while visiting family who recently moved to Maryville. The location next to coffee, bakery, ice cream and restaurant was super quaint and convenient. Looking forward to staying there the next time we visit!

This is my second visit to the Pedal Peak Retreat and it is fabulous. Lots of well thought out amenities, in a great area of Maryville and walkable to downtown. We will definitely be coming back!

Definitely a place worth staying if you're in town looking for a comfortable and relaxing weekend. Cody and James were always quick to respond always made sure anything I needed was taken care of. Felt right at home would definitely recommend.
