This house was spacious, clean, and had everything you would need! Home away from home! Wonderful stay just wish it was cooler to enjoy the hot tub!

Great house and good location to downtown. Good food and groceries not too far away. James was responsive and the place was exactly as described. Will definitely be back!! A++

We lovedddd this house it is not advertised as bachelorette party themed house but all in all we were there for a birthday so it still was fun ! Every room was cute and cleaned ! Definitely will recommend and come again thank you so much 😊

We were only there for 1 night. The house was clean, neat, not cluttered. Easy check out instructions.

Host was very proactive in letting us know the hot tub was down for our stay. We had a blast and everything was absolutely perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was great during our stay. Communication between the group of owners there was always a timely response. The only negative about this was sheets had clumps of hair in them, and we had to rewash before the first night. Along with dirty glasses which had lip stick stain so visible it looked not washed. The outside trash bin was already full (we get it trash pick up could have been a different day of the week). Luckily there was an additional bin out back that we were able to use. Besides the small little sanitary stuff. The house accommodated an entire family perfectly.

we did not need to contact the hosts while there but they stayed in communication from booking to exit to ensure we were comfortable and everything was ok. The house was spacious, large yard and the Hot tub was a definite plus.

The stay was amazing! One of my favorite parts was the themed bedrooms. Each room had its own unique style and made the house feel really fun and thoughtfully put together. I also loved that there were plenty of bathrooms, which made everything so much more convenient and comfortable for everyone staying there. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

The house was wonderful. We had trouble with the lights outside and couldn’t get them working but the hosts were great and tried their best to fix them. It really didn’t make a difference we had such a good time regardless. This is the best house for a girls weekend! You won’t be disappointed!

Loved this place! Stayed here for my Bach party and with 12 of us total, it fit all of us perfectly! It was spacious but plenty of places to get ready around the house. The owner was very responsive and was quick to answer me back all the time! Very lovely people and place!

Great neighborhood! Lots of space for a large group .

It was easy to find. Very clean with lots of room. The area was quite and very peaceful. We loved it. This was my husbands first time using an airbnb, and he said we should use them instead of motels for all our trips.

The house is AMAZING!! Worth the money and drive . Had an amazing time . Whenever I called someone answered each and every time and was very accommodating . If ever back In town will book back with this property again . 10/10 highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay at Roni’s place as is very welcoming and comfortable. The location is great, very peaceful and at short driving distance from the airport and downtown Nashville! They respond quickly to inquiries and were very helpful at all times! I highly recommend Roni’s place if you’re visiting Nashville!!
