Awesome spot. Great location. Everything in house is thought out for a great time in Nashville.

Went here for a bachelorette party and it was perfect !! The house was super cute/clean/roomy. The amenities like the jacuzzi, sauna, and cold plunge were a hit. It was close enough to broadway and the gulch. The only downfall was the train early in the morning and the neighborhood wasn’t the greatest but overall it was a hit for our stay!! (: The host & co hosts were very responsive, helpful, and clear of instructions !

We had a great time at the Airbnb, constant communication and clear instructions when needed, would recommend 100%!

This place was absolutely amazing!

Overall great place. We felt a little unsafe running in the neighborhood at night and stuck to daytime. Pool/hot tub/sauna set up was amazing. No towel hooks in the bathroom at the top of the stairs was inconvenient but easily fixed. Had some minor delays in communication. However, would definitely stay there again. Convenient to get to downtown.

This was our first booking on Airbnb and we we so pleased with everything. James and Laramy were both very kind and professional and answered every questions quickly and accurately. The location is great it's just a few minutes from literally everything in nashville. The home and back yard are beautiful. Very relaxing place. My family will most certainly book with them again. We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly like the photos posted in the listing—beautiful, homey, cozy, and very relaxing. It was also incredibly spacious. We had two families staying together, and there was more than enough room for everyone without ever feeling crowded. The space was comfortable and welcoming, which made it a perfect place to relax after our busy days in Nashville. Great stay

We stayed at James’s place for a long weekend and had a wonderful stay. We chose this place because of its proximity to several different areas, like Geodis Park, great restaurants, and the airport. Even heading to downtown/Broadway was a quick drive. The house itself was clean and spacious enough for two families with kids. The children loved the cowboy pool in the backyard, the comfy couch for movies at night, and the bunk beds. Overall it was a great and comfortable place to stay for a few days!

Das Cowboy Cottage war bisher die beste Unterkunft auf unserem USA Road Trip. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es ist ein sehr hübsches, gemütliches eingereichtetes Haus. Es passt alles perfekt zusammen. Die Kommunikation mit James war super einfach. Die Betten waren gemütlich und weich. Alles war super schön sauber. Am Pool hatten die Kinder sehr viel Spaß. Die Fernseher waren leicht zu bedienen und es gab eine grosse Auswahl an Filmen und Streaming Diensten. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Cowboy Cottage auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen !

My family and I enjoyed our stay at James’ place! We had 6 adults, 3 kids aged 2-12, and 1 infant. There was plenty of room for everyone! The kids really enjoyed the pool! I had to message the host about a couple of issues upon arrival to ensure they were aware, and he called me promptly to resolve the issues. We only stayed one night as a stopover during our road trip from SC to Missouri so I can’t say much about the area or things to do around the Airbnb, but overall we enjoyed our stay!

The owners of this Airbnb was very responsive and respectful. Had a beautiful home was very neat and clean the house looks just like the photos that was provided. I will be booking with Mr. James again and I think you guys should too. You will not be disappointed.

My daughter and her bridal party had an amazing time and the house was perfect and close to everything! The host was very responsive and helpful through the whole process. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful house decorated well and exactly as described! Very clean! The bunk bed room is amazing! Comfy beds. Outdoor space was great - our kids played in the cowboy pool the whole visit! Only downside was the location. Though convenient to downtown, it does not feel like the best of neighborhoods. Very helpful and responsive host

James place was perfect for our 2 family overnight stay in Nashville. Our plan was to check in then go sight seeing. Once the kids saw their awesome backyard they wouldn't leave the house!

James was an absolute 10/10 host — responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely accommodating from start to finish. The space was immaculate, comfortable, and exactly as described (if not better!). Any time we had a question, he replied almost instantly and was happy to help with anything we needed. And if that's not enough, you're just a couple minutes' walk from a party bus tour facility — not a bad perk! 😄 If you're on the fence about booking, don't be. You're in great hands with James. We'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hosts were very responsive, accommodating and friendly! They also had great recs on things to do. The place was beautiful and worked perfectly for me and 10 friends for my bachelorette weekend. The backyard was such a nice added bonus, it felt like an at home spa!

We enjoyed our stay for my sister’s bachelorette party of a total group of 10. Everyone raved about the Airbnb! I would 10/10 recommend and if I had a large party again I would stay again! The house gives warm romantic vibes, while also feeling clean/expensive/nice, and it is so cozy! The beds were so comfortable and I loved the large living room! It stood out compared to other places! The outside area was amazing and felt like I was staying at a resort! The pool was much bigger than I thought! I loved being able to sit on the deck and dip our feet in! We enjoyed the hot tub after a night out on broadway! 10 minutes from Broadway so Ubers were not expensive at all! We did hear some trains on Thursday in the evening but I did not hear any of them the rest of the weekend! We had groceries delivered with no issues! There are no ceiling fans in the house so if you rely on that to sleep then you may want to bring one!

The perfect respite for our band our touring musicians - really enjoyed the hot tub and all the towels provided. A much needed relaxing stay. Thanks!

The house is very new and beautiful. The garden is great, the beds are comfy and so is the sofa. Overall very clean and a lovely house. Good tvs and lots of towels. I was debating a 4 star as there were a few things that let this place down. Other places that I give 5 stars leave a few drinks in the fridge or welcome basket for the guests. There should also be premium toiletries, others leave l’occitane or the like. I requested a scale, which would be useful for any guest and was told to buy my own. It’s a 10 dollar addition that would have made a guest happy. There was also the kicker of having to strip beds at the end which I haven’t had to do in any of the air BnBs I’ve stayed in before. It takes a lot of time when you’re trying to get out for a 10am check out. They helpfully allowed us to leave our bags though which was a plus. The area is odd, no shops or anything walkable and a super noisy train hoots as it goes by at about 8 in the morning. Fabulous pool and hot tub.

My family really enjoyed the stay. The house was comfy, clean and organized. Plenty of space. Essentials are provided. Plenty towels and rags, ect. Easy check in and out. The back porch, sauna and hot tub are a huge bonus! It’s a nice stay for sure. Great for families and other groups. The neighborhood is quiet. About 2-3 miles from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown. Great for those who want to be away from the energy of downtown and don’t mind the short drive to the popular spots. Closest stores are also about 2-3 miles away. The hosts were really responsive. Great communication.

The place was lovely. About a 10 min uber to broadway which was great. There were 10 of us that stayed there and it very roomy. The backyard was smaller than the photos made it seem but was still super nice. The pool water was a bit mirky upon arrival but once we turned it on it was cleared up. We didn’t end up using the sauna but it was super cute. Overall a great spot for a group!

James’ house a was good place to stay, the outside amenities were fun for our kids. The neighborhood is still on its way up and it is fairly industrial. There is a train that comes by and it is quite loud as well as dogs that bark. All in all I would absolutely recommend this as a place to come if you don’t have younger children and you want quicker in and out access to broadway for bachelorette parties and younger adults..

Great local place to have an enjoyable stay. It is close to Bridgestone Arena, which was great since we were in town for a concert.

Some miscommunication at check-in and cleaners were still there at check-in, other than that very cute place and loved having the pool, sauna and hot tub for the weekend.

We had a great stay at the Luxury Cowboy | Chic with a Private Spa & Hot Tub Oasis on Mar 8 – 13, 2026 due to week long medical appointments at Vanderbilt. Decided to stay somewhere more private than just rent a hotel room. It definitely was very relaxing especially after hospital visits. We were able to bring daughter and granddaughters. They had an absolute great time in the hot tub in the pool.

We had the best weekend staying at the Cowboy Cottage! The hosts were responsive and welcoming, and the house was absolutely perfect for our bachelorette trip! Ubers were easy to get right to broadway, and the house felt private and secure. The sauna, pool and hot tub were massive pluses as well!! Girls trip success! 🤍

Great stay in Nashville.

We stay in a lot of air bnbs and I must say this was a favorite for the whole family. It was very clean, spacious, and relaxing. There was only four of us but the space could easily accommodate a large group of people. We enjoyed all three outdoor amenities even in the middle of the winter. This was also one of the cleanest places we have stayed at which was great since I’m a clean freak. Very close to everything but also away from all the hustle and bustle. The only small thing I would complain about is if you have littles the stairs are pretty steep and the mornings are a little loud with the trains.

Relaxing and peaceful and clean spot to stay ! Definitely will be back in future ! Thank you for a great spot and an awesome backyard !

Brand new home in an area that once was rural and factory based. Very short ride to broadway. The hot tubs and sauna are nice to relax in. What should be the master BR is a big set of bunk beds. So good for a group of friends or 2 families with kids.

This house was perfect-very clean and up to date, cute decor, and beds were very comfy! Backyard was amazing with the hot tub and sauna. Quick and easy uber ride to downtown. Host was so friendly, responsive, and accomodating. Highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We really enjoyed our stay! The house looked exactly like the photos and was extremely clean. It’s a great place to stay if you’re traveling with kids or with a larger group of adults. Even though the drive into the neighborhood felt a little sketchy at first, the house itself felt very safe and peaceful. The backyard amenities were a huge bonus. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything even smoother. Another big plus was how centrally located it felt—our Uber to Broadway was only about $12, which made getting around super easy. I would definitely recommend staying here, and if we visit Tennessee again, we’ll for sure be booking this place!

Love, Love, Love! Such a cute and cozy place. Very spacious, so clean, cute decor and the amenities were amazing! The host was extremely friendly and very responsive. It was perfect for our fur baby as well with the completely fenced in backyard. Do yourself a favor and don’t pass this place up! It’s conveniently located to everything!

We stayed at the Cowboy Cottage for my husband’s birthday with friends. The second we saw the yard in person, we were amazed. The amenities exceeded our expectations! The cowboy pool has temperature control, so we made a cold plunge. Everything inside the house was clean and organized. We especially loved that all of the light switches were labeled. The little things make stays so much easier. We would love to come back and stay. We would recommend this place to anyone who will listen! Thank you to Laramy for being so welcoming, friendly, and kind (he was doing work next door when we arrived.)
