This home was perfect for us. It had everything you could need as if you were at your own home. The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, and very peaceful.

The property was everything they said it was and more.

Very immaculate, lots of pretty things on the walls on shelves which makes it very cozy, beds were very comfortable especially compared to most airbnbs. I got a great night's sleep. Pretty good internet in very neat bathrooms. The kitchen was also fairly stocked, I wish we were staying there more than one night.

The house was cute, super clean, and the perfect size for my family. The description was accurate; we had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in James’ home. We had everything we needed in the home. They were very helpful with suggestions for things to do in the area as well as dining options. The local area is so peaceful and quaint. It was exactly with I needed in my stay in Tennessee.

We loved the southern charm and history of this home , I personally loved that it was so close to our family that lives on the hwy . And so close to Lynchburg. The home was so comfortable and beds slept amazingly. Thanks from our family for a wonderful stay

This was such a cute place. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary tools needed. The bathroom was modern and clean. The bed was super comfy also. I had one question while there, and the hosts responded quickly to my inquiry. I loved the location. It was so peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved the location. It was so quiet at night and being secluded, we felt our family and our belongings were super safe. Host was super fast at confirming which I was so grateful for since we booked very last minute. Had an awesome yard for the kids. Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay here! It was very close to some good restaurants and coffee shops, as well as within driving range to antique stores in Bell Buckle. We will be back again!

This is a very quaint property. It has a lot of unique old furniture. The screened in porch was delightful. The outdoor patio was the perfect place to bask in the sun. The king size bed is very high & might be difficult for some people. I would suggest asking the host to provide a step stool. The property was close to shopping & restaurants. It was in a beautiful area & the neighborhood was quiet. I would book this again.

Had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very attentive and the house was beautiful, clean, and everything we expected.

Justin’s place was very peaceful, quite and private. My toddler enjoyed the big back yard and playground.

Quaint place out of town about 20”. Quiet location. Well worth the price. Loved the inside had been very well done and maintained!! The host and owner very attentive!!

Everything was perfect. Our 4th time at this rental. Host was very helpful, amenities were great. A very nice, comfortable, clean & cozy house. It was just like being at home. We will certainly be there again.

Everything was as expected. Just like the beautiful pictures! House was very clean and cozy. Grounds were beautiful and peaceful. Justin was very quick to respond when making reservation and checking out. We did not need to contact Justin for anything during our stay. It was perfect!

Perfect every time

I call this the”Blue Cottage”. Each evening I would come to the Blue Cottage and relax in front of the fire. It was so homey. My grandson played on the playset in the back yard and we explored the field beside the Blue Cottage.
